Onsite Marketing

The Right Staging – In Real Estate, you fall in love through your eyes, and as such first impressions are key. I will share with you a complete plan to help you prepare your property to maximize the “falling in love” experience for buyers.

Custom Property Brochures – I will prepare a comprehensive, property-exclusive brochure with pictures, facts and unique features of your property. I share this with potential buyers and highly recommend you share with friends, family and associates.

For Sale Signs (if/where allowed) – In many areas, this is a powerful sales tool. Many buyers make it a habit of driving around the neighborhoods they like to see if any houses are for sale.  Neighbors knowing that your home is for sale may also help, they may tell a relative or a friend. Many buyers like to buy close to people they know and they are already familiar with the neighborhood.

Open Houses – Like “For Sale” signs, Open Houses are an effective way to market your property. In many areas, buyers look for those on the weekends. But I will not leave the marketing of your Open House to chance. I will proactively and effectively advertise your Open House through MLS/Realtor Resources, Print Media, Direct Mail and Web Advertising.

MLS/Realtor Resources

The MLS makes your property visible to over 43,000 Realtors in South Florida. In South Florida, over 80% of Real Estate transactions are co-brokered (meaning both Seller and Buyer use a Real Estate Agent). Thus, having access to this amount of Realtors is quite favorable.

Because so many Real Estate transactions are co-brokered, maintaining healthy business relations with fellow Realtors is very important.  So, same as my philosophy with my Clients, my philosophy with my Co-brokers is to forge long-term relationships of trust and respect.

Print Media Marketing

Newspaper Display Ads – Advertise your property in the Miami Herald (for Miami Dade properties) where EWM International Realty has access to a full page of Real Estate ads every Sunday, and the Sun Sentinel (for Broward properties); at no cost to you.

Real Estate Magazine Display Ads – Advertise your property in EWM International Realty’s own South Florida Casas & Condos distributed to over 200,000 households in South Florida; at no cost to you.

Direct Mail Marketing

“Just Listed” Postcards – As previously mentioned, your neighbors often know someone interested in buying a home in their area.  I cover a large area surrounding your home with these postcards.

Web Marketing

Today, over 88% of buyers look for property online. I will feature your property on:

  • Realtor.com – the #1 location potential buyers go looking for properties
  • EWM.com – EWM is a top Real Estate company in South Florida and as such, our company website receives numerous visitors on a daily basis
